We are now looking to strengthen our team of agile coaches to be smack in the middle of the work to start up and evolve agile, cross functional teams, tribes and domains that will build our world class services.

About the position

As our new Agile Coach, you will support the creation of segment, product, platform – and supporting tribes as a part of the Agile All In program, aiming to completely transform the way we work with our business and IT development. You will coach, inspire and help chief product owners, scrum masters, teams and team managers in lean and agile principles and values to develop their ability from good, great to awesome. You will facilitate workshops to define and design value flows, domains, tribes and teams.

You will be part of a team consisting of experienced and dedicated agile coaches, shaping agile practices to create a truly agile company. Together you will continuously improve and evolve our framework of agile culture and way of working based on the learnings we make. You will work closely with business units as well as HR, CX/UX, SEB Way in cross functional transformation teams throughout the transformation process.

Your profile

To succeed as our Agile Coach, we believe that you have a broader knowledge and experience from working agile with teams and group of teams. It is likely that you also have experience of working with Scaled Agile Framework such as SAFe.

As a person, you are results and business oriented. You take personal responsibility for creating and delivering high-value results. You have a pragmatic approach towards problem-solving. Furthermore, we think that you have excellent capabilities to engage people and build relationship as well as you have great communication skills.
